We appreciate you putting your trust in Paul McGarigal “The Real Estate Coach” and Dansco Property Management to assist you with your Orlando home rental needs.

If you ever have any questions about Orlando real estate or buying a home, Paul would be happy to answer your questions and help you with the process.

Office Hours are Monday – Friday from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Due to the large volume of tenants and landlords that we serve and so we can provide you with the highest level of service possible, we respectfully ask that you contact us via email info@danscopropertymanagement.com unless you have an emergency.

Emergency
1. Flood (Not a leak)
2. No Heat (Mechanical problems only – not having to do with unpaid utility bill)
3. No AC (Mechanical problems only – not having to do with unpaid utility bill)

Non-Emergency
Anything other than the above three items ARE NOT CONSIDERED EMERGENCIES! Please complete the Maintenance Request Form. You will be contacted about your "Maintenance Request" within 48 hours of the receipt of your request. If you do not receive a response from either Dansco or a vendor to schedule within 24 hours M-F or Tues if report is made on Sat or Sunday; please phone 407-345-1133 or 407-761-1428.

Tenant Maintenance Responsibilities
1. Please remember that any and all small maintenance and repair items under $50.00 are the responsibility of the tenant. For example, light bulbs, ac filters, loose screws, flapper valves in toilets & interior pest control.

In addition to the traditional methods of communication such as telephone and postal mail, we will also be using email as a way to communicate important information to you regarding your Orlando home rental account with Dansco Property Management.
